1. Use this prompt:

   “Give me 50 viral facts or relatable ideas around the topics of psychology, motivation, relationships, and productivity.”

This will generate bite-sized content you can use in your short videos.

Go to Canva.com and log in or create an account.

1. In the search bar, type “YouTube Shorts” and select the blank template.

   • Go to Apps → Videos

   • Search for keywords like beach, sunset, clouds, or skyline

   • Select a free video or start a Pro free trial (cancel it right away—you’ll still get 30 days).

3. Once selected:

   • Drag and expand the video to cover the entire canvas

   • Trim it to 5–6 seconds duration

   • Mute it by clicking the volume icon and setting it to zero

1. Click Text → Add a Heading

   • Type: TOPIC

   • Change color to white

   • Add a black background under "Effects → Background"

2. Duplicate the text twice for:
